xCOMPANION — built together
Field sales has the salesCOMPANION, property owners have the propertyCOMPANION. And you? If your day looks different, we develop your COMPANION together — on VYYNU Core, with your workflows, on your own server. The first briefing is free — afterwards you know what is possible and what it costs.

The development pilot, agreed before the start.
Your own server. Your data.
VYYNU Core
Every xCOMPANION stands on VYYNU Core, the family's core — the base skills are on board before we build the first custom one. You talk over Telegram or Signal and check the dashboard, right there in the browser.
Your workflows become fixed skills: defined and tested once, then the move sits, the same every time and not re-improvised on every prompt.
Before we build a new skill, we agree with you on what your Companion may not do: which programs it may operate, what it only prepares as a draft, when it asks. The base limits of VYYNU Core apply from day one:
What your Companion is not allowed to do, it cannot do.
What it could be
Three examples of many — yours is the point. What they share: the knowledge is created on the move, and so far nobody writes it down.
Trades & construction
"We just did that on the side" — and never billed it. Spoken in briefly on site, and your Companion keeps the site diary, attaches the photos and has the change-order draft ready for you in the evening.
Garage & automotive
Once around the car: dictate the damage, take the photos. Your Companion opens the vehicle file and drafts the estimate in your structure. You review and send.
Surveyors & assessors
60 photos, dictated findings, three appointments in one day. Your Companion sorts everything into the right case file and pre-builds the expert-report draft in your structure. You review instead of typing.
Site inspection spoken in, photos added, the report draft ready in the evening.
Site walk with defects, photo and trade, turned into the minutes for everyone involved.
Job spoken in, turned into the maintenance log and the material list for the invoice.
Property walk-through, defects and extra work per property, the list for the client.
Measurements and wishes at the customer, turned into the draft quote.
Viewing spoken in, list of prospects and notes for the listing per property.
Consultation records from the conversation, spoken instead of typed.
Meeting minutes and receipts per building.
Match scouting spoken in, turned into a scouting report per player. Talks with clubs and transfer-window deadlines always in view.
Board meeting or general assembly: points called out, turned into minutes and a task list with owner and deadline. Nothing depends on one volunteer’s memory any more.
If your day isn’t listed here: that is exactly what the briefing is for.
How it works
60 to 90 minutes, by video call or on site: your day, your workflows, what the Companion should do. Afterwards you receive a fixed-price offer for the development pilot — or an honest no, if we do not believe it will carry.
Four to six weeks: we build the first version and your team works with it — in the real day, not on a slide. Beforehand we agree on a success criterion together, measured only in aggregate in the dashboard — no per-person tracking, no location, no stopwatch. It ends with a decision meeting.
If you say yes, it moves into the ongoing contract — and the pilot fee is credited against the first year. If you say no, we remove it from the server together with you; your data and your server are yours anyway.
Preis
What an xCOMPANION costs hangs on two questions: which skills we build and how many seats use it. That is why there is no number here — but what is fixed, is:
The briefing is free. The development pilot has a fixed price you know before the start. And on signing, the pilot fee is credited in full against the first contract year.
The ongoing contract follows the family: a 12-month minimum term, after that it renews for another year each time — cancellable with one month's notice to the end of the term. You can pay yearly or monthly. On top, as with every COMPANION: a small server (VPS, around €5–10 a month, rented from a hoster of your choice), model costs by usage and the voice through ElevenLabs ($6 a month). All prices plus VAT.
After the briefing, you know your price.
Frequently asked
An AI agent we develop together for your working day, on VYYNU Core, on your own server. The family's base skills are on board; your own skills are built on top. Not an admin suite, not an off-the-shelf chatbot.
For every working day no off-the-shelf product covers. For example: trades and construction (site diary, measurements and change orders by voice note), car garages (a digital vehicle file and estimates from the intake), surveyors and assessors (from site visit to expert-report draft), energy consultants, architecture and engineering firms, service technicians, facility management, landscaping, real estate agents, insurance and commercial brokers or property managers. Workdays nobody else thinks of too, such as football agents or registered associations. If your day looks different: that is exactly what the briefing is for.
60 to 90 minutes, by video call or on site. We listen: your day, your workflows, where knowledge gets lost. Afterwards you receive a fixed-price offer for the development pilot, or an honest no, if we do not believe a Companion will help you. The briefing commits you to nothing.
Four to six weeks at a fixed price: we build the first version, your team works with it in the real day, weekly check-in. Beforehand we agree on a success criterion, measured only in aggregate in the dashboard, no per-person tracking. It ends with a decision meeting: continue or not.
That depends on how complex the requirements for your Companion are. Parts of it can start right away; special developments take their time. After the free briefing you get a fixed-price offer and know what to expect. The development pilot usually takes four to six weeks, and your team already works with it during that time. Then you decide whether it moves into the running contract.
Then we tell you, and instead of an offer you get an honest no. The same goes the other way round: if you notice in the briefing that it isn't right for you, you say no, and that is that. The briefing costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
It depends on scope and seats. That is why we name a number only after the briefing, but then as a fixed price. On signing, the pilot fee is credited against the first contract year. The ongoing contract: a 12-month minimum term, then renewal for another year each time, cancellable with one month's notice to the end of the term. Add a small server (around €5–10 a month), model costs and the voice through ElevenLabs ($6 a month). All plus VAT.
On your own server (VPS), rented in your name from a hoster of your choice. Every note and every memory lives there as a readable text file. What leaves the server are the requests to the language model; everything else stays there.
It can only do what you approve. It asks before important steps, emails and invitations only go out once you say so, and a stop command in the chat halts it at once. It has no browser, installs no software, and can neither download nor run programs from the internet. These limits are in the code, not in an instruction to the model.
No. You can just as well talk to your Companion over Signal: open source, end-to-end encrypted. We set up either together.
Always the model that, in our view, is currently the best and most up to date for the Companion. We check the market daily for what can be improved in cost and capability. Access runs through OpenRouter, a service that lets you use many models with one account. Every request carries a short summary of your memory so that it knows you. You can switch the model; your memory stays on your server.
Not from the app store. The dashboard runs in any browser and can be put on your phone like an app with “Add to home screen”, on the computer in the dock or taskbar. Talking happens over Telegram or Signal.
After the development pilot you decide whether to go on. You cancel the running contract with one month's notice to the end of the term; otherwise it renews for another year. Write to us. Then we remove the Companion from the server together with you.
